Dimensions of Oral Health (DOH) (ISSN: 2768-1769) is a peer-reviewed open access journal independently published in partnership with the University of Tennessee Health Science Center Health Sciences Library. The journal is a multidisciplinary collection of scholarly works that serves to expand the knowledge base of rigorous scientific endeavors. DOH serves the global community of clinicians, researchers, and educators in communicating original research, advancing science, and introducing rising professionals to academia and the corporate world.

The biannual publication features original research articles, case studies, clinical techniques, and review articles. The widespread topics covered by DOH include oral biology, the diagnosis and management of dental disease, periodontology, endodontics, oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, restorative dentistry, dental biomaterials, epidemiology, public health, patient management, scientific instrumentation, and translational research.

Under the oversight of the in-house editorial board, our editors thoroughly review each submission. Criteria used to evaluate manuscripts are based on the methodological rigor, contribution of scientific and clinical value, and demonstration of ethics of experimentation.
