Abstract
Currently there is much emphasis on possible infection of patients with the staphylococcus during hospitalization, the matter of carriers among patients and hospital personnel and antibiotic- resistant organisms. The present report considers this problem as an obstetric service. © 1959 Southern Medical Association.
