Abstract
This report is presented to re-emphasize a method of treatment of facial fractures which we have used routinely for the past fifteen years. Results have proved that this is the ideal method of management of facial fractures. With the advent of new antibiotics, the incidence of complications has been further reduced. © 1956 The American Journal of Surgery, Inc.
